Orders and Shipping

1.1 Most of DOTTI handbags you see online area available and ready to ship.

1.2. The products with the tag 'Pre-order' will be crafted specifically for you. We will provide you, by e-mail, the approximate delivery timeframe for the products with the tag 'Pre-order'. 

1.3. All orders must be paid at the time of ordering. DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l.) is not obliged to ship the Order until it receives the payment in full by the Customer. 

2.1 The prices on DOTTI website are shown in EUR, inclusive of VAT. 

2.2 Customers in the EU do not have to worry about duties, as they are not due. Orders shipped outside EU may be subject to import and duty taxes, which are not included in the purchase price of the products. You might be required by customs authorities to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.

2.3  We accept the following payment methods: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Pay Pal and bank transfers. 

2.4 Your account will not be charged until your Order is accepted and shipped. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see on DOTTI website.

3.1 We are offering free standard shipping to all our orders.

3.2 DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l.) undertakes to send the Order within 3-4 working days or, approximately, 10 (ten) days, if CITES certificate is required for the export of the product/s. 

3.3 The products with the tag 'Pre-order' will be sent within 4-6 weeks. We will provide you the approximate delivery timeframe for such products. 

3.4 Delivery times vary depending on the type of product you order, the availability of the product, your delivery address. The delivery terms, here specified, should be considered not compulsory, but merely formal.

DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l.) cannot, in any case, be held responsible for missing the deadline.

3.5 DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l.) guarantees the shipment of the Order, by the best shipping carriers: DHL, UPS or FEDEX.

3.6 The Customer can check the status of Orders through the online function “Online Tracking” provided by the courier in charge of the delivery and available in the Reserved Area. The Customer can perform this check only after the shipment of the product/s.

After receiving the Order, the Customer must verify, at the time of delivery and in front of the forwarder that:

(1) that the number of items being delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; and

(2) that the packaging and/or the Order pack is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered in any manner. In a case of package and/or the product damage, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation, the Customer must immediately notify in writing by placing a check reservation note on the carrier's delivery receipt, as well as, by informing Moon Group S.r.l. (DOTTI) by registered e-mail, to the following address:


Once the carrier's document has been signed and no objection has been raised by the Customer, the Customer can no longer make any objection referred to the exterior of the delivery.

5. CITES and Product Transport with CITES certificate

We wish to inform you that, where indicated, the leather, (including, but not limited to crocodile) used to make item is subject to the CITES, (International convention on protected leather products - Washington Convention), which protects and certifies the free movement of leather goods. This procedure, compulsory for export, requires, approximately, 10 (ten) working days for the issue of the CITES certificate. Therefore, the delivery of these goods, irrespective of our will, may take approximately 10 (ten) working days more than standard shipping. The CITES certificate will be enclosed in the shipment, if required.
