Return & Refund Policy

1. The Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement with DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l) without providing any reason and without any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days, from the day when she/he or a third party, different from the carrier in charge, obtain the physical possession of the Product. The date indicated on the delivery receipt will prevail.

2. The right to terminate the Agreement must be enforced by the Customer by sending to DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l) a registered letter or a written communication by equivalent technology, with an express declaration of the intention to enforce the right to terminate the Agreement, as well as the order number related to the Agreement he wants to terminate to the following address:

3. In case of termination of Agreement, the Customer must return to DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l) the Product without any delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the communication of the termination, the Product will be returned to:

4. The return shipping and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the Customer which bears all risks of loss or damage to the product/s until they have been returned to DOTTI.

5. If the Customer terminates the Agreement, all the costs he had paid to DOTTI (Moon Group S.r.l) will be refunded without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we will have received the products in return.

6. The Product must be returned intact, in the original state (in the original packaging, accompanied by the accessories and documents provided). Items not returned, returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or in any other condition that could reasonably suggest that they have been used, cannot be accepted, refunded or replaced. 

6.1 If the Customer enforces the right to terminate the Agreement in any way not compliant with the conditions required by the present section, he will not have the right to any reimbursement and the package will be returned to the Customer, charging her/him the necessary shipment costs.

7. Those reimbursements will be performed through the same payment instrument chosen for the first transaction.

8. For product/s delivered with the CITES certification, the customer shall request a new certificate, for the re-exportation of the product/s, at Cites Certificate to Fish & Wildlife State Office in his/her country of residence.

9. Personalized and Made to Order items cannot be returned, refunded or replaced.
